Please contact us immediately at info@adorajewels.co.za if you need to modify or cancel your order. We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.

Standard shipping within South Africa typically takes 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

The shipping price is calculated by The Courier Guy based on your shipping location.  We do offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders exceeding an amount over R1500.

We want you to love your jewellery. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 5 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that custom pieces and sale items are final sale.  For more information, see our Refund Policy.

To initiate a return, please email our support team at support@adorajewels.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the next steps.

We craft our jewellery using premium, hypoallergenic materials, with a strong focus on implant-grade titanium for maximum durability and skin safety. Our collection also features solid 14k gold, long-lasting gold PVD, and high-quality semi-precious gemstones. You can find the exact material specifications for each piece on its individual product page.

To keep your jewellery shining, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Store your pieces in a dry, cool place, preferably in the pouch or box they came in. Gently polish with a soft, lint-free cloth.
