Your Daily Ritual
Clean Hands First
Always start with thoroughly washed hands before touching near your piercing.
Saline Soak/Spray
Gently clean your piercing 2-3 times a day using only sterile saline solution (buy wound wash saline spray from a pharmacy – no extra ingredients!).
Be Gentle
Spray the saline on, or soak some clean gauze/paper towel and hold it on the area. No need to twist or force the jewellery!
Pat Dry
Use a fresh piece of paper towel to gently pat the area dry. Fabric towels can catch and carry germs.
