Please contact us immediately at info@adorajewels.co.za if you need to modify or cancel your order. We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.

Standard shipping within South Africa typically takes 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of R99 on all orders. Enjoy free shipping on orders over R500.

We want you to love your jewellery. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 3 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that custom pieces and sale items are final sale.

To initiate a return, please email our support team at support@adorajewels.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the next steps.

Our pieces are crafted from high-quality materials, including titanium, gold PVA, 14k gold and semi-precious gemstones. You can find specific material details on each product page.

To keep your jewellery shining, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Store your pieces in a dry, cool place, preferably in the pouch or box they came in. Gently polish with a soft, lint-free cloth.
