Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Jungle Jewels (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
- General Conditions for Returns
- You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
