Ordering and Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select the pieces you love, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen prompts to enter your shipping and payment information to complete your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) as well as secure payments through Yoco & PayFast.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Shipping & Delivery
Please contact us immediately at info@adorajewels.co.za if you need to modify or cancel your order. We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping within South Africa typically takes 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of R99 on all orders. Enjoy free shipping on orders over R500.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. But we will notify our subscribed members as soon as we do.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your jewellery. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 3 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that custom pieces and sale items are final sale.

Our pieces are crafted from high-quality materials, including titanium, gold PVA, 14k gold and semi-precious gemstones. You can find specific material details on each product page.

To keep your jewellery shining, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Store your pieces in a dry, cool place, preferably in the pouch or box they came in. Gently polish with a soft, lint-free cloth.
